The Business of Governing Has Begun

Now that the cheering has stopped, and the signs have come down, and the oaths have been taken, I will resume my regular blogging after a brief holiday hiatus, and will be regularly examining the people, the policies, and the progress of the Obama Administration, the Congress, and the major public affairs issues facing America in 2009.

I will also critique and review a series of books in the fields of politics, history, and public affairs at least once a month, to examine the current state of scholarship in these areas.
